QCG had another epic weekend! We fished 5 different tributaries and caught steelhead and/or brown trout out of all of them. The pictures show just some of the highlights.
We went up to the Ontario tributaries most of the weekend - fished Oak Orchard, the lower Niagara and a few smaller tribs as well. Also visited a tributary of Lake Erie and did quite the hike. We ran into many steelhead along the way and also managed a couple brown trout, which is a rarity in the area. Fish were willing to eat stripped streamers as well as drifted egg patterns. And with warmer temperatures, they were quite energetic on the line!
